Why we need your data:
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with on-going updates, marketing & information. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need it in order to provide & oversee this service to you.
How we keep your data:
We use GDPR compliant, double opt-in sign up forms for regular updates in Mailchimp. You will receive emails about your booking status for 1 to 1 sessions & workshops until you advise us otherwise.
We use Smartsurvey for feedback for which there is optional identification.
We also use Instagram, X, Facebook pages & groups for advertising purposes.
How long we keep your data:
Your information we use for marketing & educational purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
1 to 1 sessions & workshops:
Sonalle will make notes in sessions to help track progress & actions. Handwritten notes are kept stored in a locked container & destroyed 1 year after the last session. Online personal notes are kept in a password protected file.
This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected via workshop sign ups, this website & in sessions.
Your information will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed to unspecified 3rd parties.
You are entitled to see any information held about you & you may request any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate & kept up-to-date.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. While our online posts may be viewed by children, we do not seek to receive data from children.
Breach of privacy / complaints:
If for any reason you believe that your privacy has been breached through the use of this site, or, if you have any concerns about the use of your personal information, you can make a complaint to the Data Controller via info(@)sonalle.com.
We will send you a written acknowledgement within 30 days, make every effort to resolve the matter within 3 months & inform you of the outcome.
As required by the law, we will keep a record of your complaint for 6 years.
You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we have used your data or if you are not happy with how we have attempted to resolve your complaint.
