How I work...
Before our Initial ConsultationOnce we have found a suitable appointment time for our initial online consultation & the deposit has been paid, I will email you a client intake form, contract agreement & assessment forms for completion & emailing back to me at least 48 hours prior to the start time of our session.
I will also request for full payment to be completed 48 hours prior to the start time of our session & for a confirmation email to be sent to 'email@example.com'.
Unfortunately, if the above conditions are not completed, the Zoom session link will not be emailed & any payments made will be forfeited.
It is recommended that you save the email address 'firstname.lastname@example.org' & check your junkmail folder as I am unable to take responsibility for emails being missed.
During our Initial ConsultationThis is an opportunity to meet each other & see how it feels to work together.
I may ask questions regarding the documentation completed & to ascertain more detail about your situation so as to create a treatment plan. You will have space to discuss any questions you may have about working together. Dependent on the complexity of your case, we may be able to explore solutions for any issues arising within the initial consultation session.
If not, these will be explored efficaciously in the following sessions.
