Before our Initial Consultation

Once we have found a suitable appointment time for our initial online consultation & the deposit has been paid, I will email you a client intake form, contract agreement & assessment forms for completion & emailing back to me at least 48 hours prior to the start time of our session.
Full payment completion & a confirmation email sent to 'info@sonalle.com' is required 48 hours prior to the start time of our session.
Unfortunately, if the above conditions are not completed, the Zoom session link will not be emailed & any payments made will be forfeited.
Please save the contact 'info@sonalle.com' & check your junkmail folder to ensure emails are not missed.

During our Initial Consultation

This is an opportunity to meet each other & see how it feels to work together.
I may ask questions regarding the documentation completed & to ascertain more detail about your situation so as to create a treatment plan. You will have space to discuss any questions you may have about working together. Dependent on the complexity of your case, we may be able to explore solutions for any issues arising within the initial consultation session.
If not, these will be explored efficaciously in the following sessions.
